Disbelief in the existence of God or gods, but not a belief that God or gods must not exist. The weak atheist usually gives a broad definition of atheism as a lack or absence of evidence for believing in God or gods. This makes atheism a range of positions that include not believing, unjustified faith, doubt, or denial of theism. They are also called implicit atheism or negative atheism.
